About your coach
Marcia Barahona, founder of ExecBloom, has over 20 years of experience in executive coaching and consulting. Known for her innovative and multicultural approach, Marcia has guided leaders from various industries on their journeys toward personal and professional growth across the United States and Latin America. As a certified executive and leadership coach, Marcia helps her clients achieve their goals through increased self-awareness and a focus on personal empowerment.
BACKGROUND
Marcia’s multifaceted background as an executive coach and multilingual, multicultural marketing executive has enabled her to transform organizations across diverse industries, including medical devices, consumer electronics, solar energy, and mobile technology. Early in her career, she spent a decade in media, hosting radio and television programs and writing for various local publications, both in English and Spanish.
She has coached senior executives and leaders in the private, governmental, and nonprofit sectors, enhancing their leadership skills and helping them overcome barriers to success. Marcia has also consulted with over 45 award-winning international filmmakers in Hollywood, guiding them in leveraging their films and maximizing future opportunities.
She holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Global Management and a Bachelor’s in Strategic Management, both from Dominican University of California. In France, she earned a certificate in Sustainable Business Management and Development from ESCEM Business School in Poitiers. She is also a certified executive and leadership coach through the prestigious international program at Symbiosis Coaching.

Upon completing our Leadership Certification Program for professionals and entrepreneurs, you will receive a certificate. This certification validates the skills you’ve acquired in leadership, communication, and decision-making through 12 hours of instruction delivered by ExecBloom.
With this certificate, you'll be able to demonstrate your ability to drive meaningful change in your work environment or business, increasing your capacity to lead and empower your team toward success.
Certification will be granted with 100% attendance. For in-person sessions, participants must stay until the end to be eligible to receive their certificate. For online sessions, one absence is allowed; however, it must be made up by watching the missed session and submitting an assigned project based on that session before the program concludes.
