Marcia elevated Aesthetic Solutions' profile within the medical device industry by spearheading strategic marketing efforts, significantly expanding its market share across The Americas.

As the founder of OrangeRio Marketing, Marcia delivered strategic marketing solutions to a diverse client base. Her notable clients included SPG Solar (acquired by SunEdison), Forrest Films, Juntos Global (acquired by Nubank), and The Hollywood International Documentary Festival.

BACKGROUND

Marcia's multifaceted experience as a multilingual and multicultural executive coach and marketing executive has enabled her to transform organizations across various industries, including medical devices, consumer electronics, solar power, and mobile technology. Early in her career, she spent a decade in community media, conducting radio and television shows and writing for several local publications in the Davis and Sacramento areas, in both English and Spanish.

She has coached top executives and leaders in the private, government, and nonprofit sectors, enhancing their leadership skills and helping them overcome barriers to success. Marcia has also coached over 45 award-winning international filmmakers in Hollywood, guiding them to leverage their films and maximize future opportunities.

Marcia frequently presents on business, marketing, and cross-cultural understanding at universities, nonprofits, and private institutions. She holds an MBA and BA from Dominican University of California and a Sustainable Business Management and Development certificate from ESCEM Business School in Poitiers, France.
